SABENIL C 25, 30, 40, 50

It is a mixture of SABENIL 65 with high-quality bituminous coal and other admixtures. It is above all a binder for facing sands used in casting graphitizing alloys. It suppresses pin hole formation It is not explosive, and not susceptible to self-ignition. It ensures well-finished castings.

KERIBENT C 25, 30, 40, 50

It is a mixture of bentonite with the enhanced properties of KERIBENT R, high-quality bituminous coal flour and other admixtures. It is used for facing sands in casting graphitizing alloys. It ensures excellently finished castings. It is not explosive, and not susceptible to self-igniton.

KERIBENT CF 25, 30, 40, 50

It is a mixture of bentonite with the enhanced properties of KERIBENT R, high-quality bituminous coal flour and other admixtures. It is used for facing sands in casting graphitizing alloys. It ensures excellently finished castings. It increases mould edge strength and resistance to drying off. It reduces sand inclusion.

Bentonit manufacturing is subject to Quality Management System as per ČSN EN ISO 9001 and to Environmental Management System as per ČSN EN ISO 14001.

Tested

By ČSN 72 1077 - PNK 72 1345 and by internal regulations in accordance with VDG - Merkblatt P 69/98.

For pattern plants we recommend the environment-friendly agent Gasep BCT, produced by GaTo, 284 49 Kutná Hora, Czech Republic.

This product is made of natural materials, so minor divergences from the properties given in the technical documents may occur.
