BRC certificate - cat litter production

Every year, KERAMOST, a joint-stock company, undergoes a BRC audit within the production of bentonite litter, which is a well-known and European-recognized standard for food and non-food products (BRC - Consumer Products, General Merchandise). This standard is increasingly required by large domestic and foreign chains as a declaration of safety, legality and quality of the final product. The main points of the audit include:

  • Good manufacturing and hygiene practices
  • Analysis of risks and potential product hazards
  • Prevention of the possibility of product contamination
  • Traceability of the batch of the final product down to individual ingredients and raw materials
  • Product control and laboratory testing
