Casting ceramic masses

LVK

Casting mass is suitable for the production of decorative ceramics with porous body with boiling absorption around 20 %. Recommended firing temperature is 950 -1100 °C. Colour of firing body is whitish. The material is made ready to the slip suitable for casting into plaster moulds by washing of a dry-ground substance with water and dispersing agents (soda ash + water glass + event. AXILAT32 A).

LUD

Diturvite sort of casting mass sintering is suitable for the production of utility ceramic ware with boiling absorption under 3 %. Recommended firing temperature is 1170 -1240 °C. Colour of firing body is very light grey. The material is made ready to the slip suitable for casting into plaster moulds by washing of a dry-ground substance with water and dispersing agents (soda ash + water glass + event. AXILAT32 A).

LUS

Casting mass sintering is suitable for the production of utility ceramic ware with boiling absorption under 5 %. Recommended firing temperature is 1100 -1200 °C. Colour of firing body is ochre grey. The material is made ready to the slip suitable for casting into plaster moulds by washing of a dry-ground substance with water and dispersing agents (soda ash + water glass + or AXILAT32 A).

LUS/PL

Plastic version of casting mass LUS is suitable for the production of utility ceramic ware with boiling absorption under 5 %. Recommended firing temperature is 1100 -1200 °C. Colour of firing body is ochre grey. It forms a softer slowly setting body thus making rich retouching possible. The material is made ready to the slip suitable for casting into plaster moulds by washing of a dry-ground substance with water and dispersing agents (soda ash + water glass).
